The theme of this update is 'my projects in the news.' I'm delighted to see the bandwidth that heritage is getting in mainstream media. 

You may recognise Ulva House from Banjo and Ro's Grand Island Hotel on the BBC. While plans for a visitor centre may not have proved sustainable, it's an amazing building and a community asset worth saving. I wish the guys luck.

John O' Groats Mill is up for a number of well-deserved architectural awards. Will interpretive accolades follow? Fingers crossed!

Did you catch the first episode of Digging for Britain that featured Arhnacon - a settlement impacted by the Glencoe Massacre? Planned interpretation on the new Glencoe Greenway will tell stories about its history and the archaeological discoveries. (Photo: Aris Palyvos.)
